You'll receive a comprehensive architectural concept with full visuals and documentation tailored to impress. You'll receive: - A 2D floor plan (up to 3,000 sq.ft) - Full 3D model - Premium renders 5 views - 14 day deliveery - PDF presentation booklet (up to 3 pages) - Premium modeling, lighting and materials - Priority delivery - Up to 3 revisions ⚠️ After booking, you’ll fill out a short form to share your vision, spatial requirements, and style preferences. This is a remote/digital service no in-person meetings necessary. Once your form is submitted, I’ll review the details and confirm the project within 24 hours.
Cancellation Policy
Revisions Policy: You are entitled to a set amount of free revisions within the scope of the original brief. Additional revisions or major changes (e.g., layout overhauls, new concept direction) may incur an extra fee. Delivery Time: Typical delivery is within 10 days of receiving all project materials. Delays caused by missing or unclear information from the client may extend this timeline. What's Included: Each package clearly outlines the deliverables. Please ensure you select the package that matches your needs. Custom requests can be discussed prior to booking. ❌ Cancellation & Refunds: Cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of booking, and only if work has not yet begun. Once the design process has started, refunds are not available. If you're unhappy with the outcome, I’m happy to work with you through the included revisions. Client Responsibilities: You are responsible for providing accurate project details, including measurements, use cases, and any visual references. Incomplete info = incomplete results. Usage Rights: All designs are for personal or commercial use only. Reselling or redistributing my work without permission is prohibited. I retain the right to display work for portfolio purposes unless otherwise agreed.
